Yuji Hiruma, Chief Executive Officer
He was born in Saitama. He graduated from the School of Literature I, Waseda University and joined Ishikawajima-Harima Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. (the current IHI Corporation) in 1973. He served as the Manager of the Moscow Office for 10 years as well as being the Vice President and the President of IHI Inc. in the US for a total of 11 years before returning to Japan in 2003. He then held various posts successively including General Manager of the Corporate Planning Division, a Board Director and Managing Executive Officer, and the General Manager of the Operating Headquarters for Distribution and Steel Structures. He became an Executive Vice President and Executive Officer of the corporation and the General Manager of the Global Sales Strategy Headquarters in 2009. He has been an Advisor to IHI Corporation since June 2012. He proposed the launch of Japan Foodstuff International Trade Center Inc. He co-founded the company in 2014.
He retired an advisor of IHI Corporation in June 2016.
He became the President CEO of Japan Foodstuff International Trade Center Inc. in July 2016.

Sachiko Zenyouji, Chief Operating Officer
She was born in Tokyo. She graduated from the Metalcraft Course of the Tokyo Metropolitan Kogei High School in 1984. She completed the Night Architectural Drafting Course at the Tokyo Metropolitan Shinagawa College of Technology (the current Tokyo Metropolitan Vocational Skills Development Center). She obtained the first-class architect’s license in 1998 and established the first-class architect office Organic Table. She became the Representative Director when the office was incorporated in 2001. Her policy proposal School Eco-Renovation and Environmental Education was selected as one of the best of those submitted to the 2003 Environmental Policy Recommendations by NGOs/NPOs and Businesses competition sponsored by the Ministry of the Environment, and a model project was launched based on the proposal. She established a policy consulting company the Eco Energy Lab Company in 2004 and became the Representative Director. She developed the Japan Foodstuff International Trade Center scheme on behalf of the Niigata City Government’s Preparatory Committee for the Foundation of a Land Readjustment Association in 2009.
She proposed the launch of Japan Foodstuff International Trade Center Inc. She co-founded the company in November 2014. She became a Director and the COO in November 2015.

Kozo Takagi, Senior Managing Director and Chief Business Officer
He graduated Waseda University and joined Mitsui & Co., Ltd. in 1971.
He took the post of Manager of Mitsui & Co., U.K. PLC, General Manager of Mitsui & Co.,Europe PLC and General Manager of Mitsui & Co.,Europe Sofia Office successively.
He retired Misui & Co., Ltd. in 2003.
He became President of Ueno Engineering Co., Ltd. in 2003 and reired in 2012. He engaged in management of LED related company from 2013.
He became a Senior Managing Director and Chief Business Officer at Japanese Food International Trade Center in November 2015.

Keiko Kato, Director
She was born in Tokyo in 1959. She completed the Undergraduate Composition Program at the Tokyo College of Music. She graduated from the Okuma School of Public Management, Waseda University.
She worked at NHK and the airline Japan Airlift Service Inc. before establishing Grace Inc. in 1996 and becoming the Representative Director.
She was involved in establishing CSR programs for Michi-no-Eki (roadside rest facilities), the Keidanren 1% Club, Mitsubishi Tanabe Pharma Corporation and other listed companies. She is currently working with chefs at major hotels on management reforms which do not affect the quality of the meals produced. She proposed the launch of Japan Foodstuff International Trade Center Inc. She co-founded the company in November 2014 and became a Director.
She is a local government policy consultant and a food analyst.

Tankei Matsushita, Director
She was born in Tokyo, and grew in China. She graduated from Beijing Normal University majoring Philosophy. She came Japan in 1989. She was graduated from Japan Air University in 2003, Majored Industry and Technology at Faculty of arts. She was studied at Montama state University of America from 2003 to 2004.
She joined China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Tianjin Branch in 1985. In charge of China Japan international trade. After she came to Japan, She went to Hero Co.,Ltd as a sales clerk. Sold Apparel goods imported from Ireland. in 2004, She established her own company named of Thanks Trading Co., Ltd as an Executive President. In 2015, She became a Vice President of International Industrial Cooperation Center INC. Contributed in establishing Japan China Economic Cooperation Platform for International Technology transfer.
She became a Director at Japanese Food International Trade Center in November 2015.

He also became a Landscape engineering of Tianjin service kirin flowers and trees; 1995, He became an advertising department manager in China real estate magazine; 1994, He worked for Tianjin xing yi fields of science and technology development center as a general manager; In year 2000 , He joined Tianjin yong lihua trade co., ltd as a general manager; 2007,He became a vice President of "Resource saving and environmental protection"; From 2010 to now, He is working for Tianjin Pacific economic cooperation committee of industry and commerce as a vice director.At agriculture field , He introduced of Italy black corn and Japan's sichuan mountain purple sweet potato; Contributed for china’s popularizing agricultural projects.

He joined the Shimizu Corporation in 1970. At the Shimizu Corporation, he became an Executive Officer in 2003, a Managing Officer and the Tohoku Branch Manager in 2006, and a Senior Managing Officer and the Nagoya Branch Manager in 2007. He held the post of a Senior Managing Officer in Charge of Planning and other posts before becoming an Executive Vice President and a Representative Director in 2011. He became an Advisor in 2014. After retiring from the Shimizu Corporation in July 2015, he established K Craft Inc. and became the Representative of the company. He became the Auditor at Japan Foodstuff International Trade Center Inc. in August 2015.
